After 14 long months of labor-intensive designing, re-designing and engineering, International Fitness & Strength (IFS) has brought to fruition a groundbreaking next step in the evolution of commercial grade, weight-resistance exercise equipment.
The Titan Hammer represents the newest generation of premium weight-resistance exercise devices. Your gym, club, or training facility should not be without this uniquely designed, multi-faceted device.

I have been weight training and have been involved with strength training and conditioning my entire adult life. I grew up in San Diego, CA and even though it wasn’t Venice Beach, we held our own back in those days (late 70s, early 80s).
It was because of a suggestion made by my close friend, Mike Waters, that two other friends and I pitched in with Mike and bought some weights to start working out.
My parent’s backyard patio was the perfect spot to set up our gym. I remember to this day, when all of us jumped into Mike’s classic '66 Mustang, drove over to the Price Club, east of the I-5, near Pacific Beach and bought plastic covered cement weights….(yeah, yeah those). We started working out, doing flat-bench, inclines, declines and curls. We were absolutely hooked and as we grew stronger, we went on to buy much better weights.
That is how weight training started for me. Although not at the same gym, Mike and I still train to this day, 42 years later.
I’ve trained in gyms from San Francisco to Costa Rica and
Bangkok Thailand to Danang Vietnam and I now have over four decades of weight training experience and knowledge. It is this rich history that I bring to IFS. My passion for fitness training is the reason I founded IFS. Over the last forty years it can be honestly stated that health and fitness training and the industry itself has undergone many changes and evolutionary periods. At a great cost to many, we survived COVID. Now it's time to build and rebuild.
As the industry's understanding of muscle development and conditioning deepens, becoming more acute and sophisticated, so does the industry’s capacity to design and create better equipment and devices so that everyone can achieve their health and fitness goals. The perpendicular aspect of the Titan Hammer allows for natural, free motion arm articulation and movement and does not strain or injure lateral, stabilizing muscle groups. I designed, developed, and constructed the Titan Hammer with these essential considerations in mind. The Titan Hammer is the first-of-its-kind single-grip cable-pull device that facilitates and promotes natural and consistent articulation throughout the entire range of motion for each exercise.
The Titan Hammer is also a device with diverse, multi-functional capability that allows and permits the user to train and work the biceps, triceps, upper, middle, and lower pectorals, deltoids, and trapezius.
Users are not encumbered with unnecessary movements that burn and waste energy and put added strain on non-targeted muscle groups.
